Two rookies. Two incumbents. Two wins.

Two first-time candidates - mothers, neighbors, volunteers, zero campaigns between them - endorsed by Bastrop County Conservatives and powered by hyper-local advertising and real-neighbor video testimonials. Both seated incumbents defeated: 52.60% and 57.60%.

FAQ

Questions organizations and candidates ask first

What does the Conservative Marketing Institute do?

CMI provides trainings, consulting, and memberships for conservative organizations in Texas focused on growing membership and increasing donations, plus full campaign marketing services for candidates in local and state elections.

What does it cost?

Clear floors: Field School $1,000 (+ travel at cost; co-host $600 each). CMI Membership $499/mo. Makeover & Boost consulting from $1,795. Candidate packages from $2,500 (city council / school board), county-wide from $7,500, Texas House/Senate and flagship Inquire. Ad spend goes direct to platforms - never marked up. Free Digital Audit.

How much does the Field School cost?

$1,000 flat plus travel at cost, for up to 15 attendees at your location. Two organizations may co-host for $600 each. The fee credits $500 toward a Makeover & Boost within 30 days.

Can a small volunteer organization really advertise on Fox News?

Yes. National cable networks sell county-level "zone insertion" ad slots through local cable providers at small-market rates, and modern production has made the commercial itself far more reachable. We teach the entire process, including FCC and Texas political advertising disclosure rules.

Do you work with campaigns and organizations at the same time?

Organizations remain fully independent - their PACs, treasurers, filings, money, and endorsement decisions are entirely their own. Candidates hire CMI directly. We never take referral fees tied to endorsements, and we work one candidate per race. See conservativemarketinginstitute.com/standards/ for the full boundaries.

How do you handle ad spending and markups?

Ad spend goes direct to platforms and stations - never marked up. You pay CMI for strategy, creative, and management as agreed; media dollars go to the vendor.

We already have a website and a Facebook page. Why isn't it working?

Existence isn't the standard - findability and conversion are. Our free Digital Audit shows you exactly what a stranger finds when they look for you, and what it would take to fix.

Where do you work?

Texas first, headquartered in Bastrop County. The Field School travels anywhere in the state now, and beyond Texas by arrangement.
